How do I track my order?
Slovenian postal service enables us to track our parcels via their website:http://sledenje.posta.si/ (click Eng top right for English version). Once your parcel is shipped, we'll send you it's tracking code and a date when the parcel left the country. The tracking system will be updated for the second time as soon as the parcel reaches your county. Once the parcel reaches your country you can use your own postal tracking system to monitor daily progress.
Some countries have a unique, non-compatible tracking systems or multiple ones that don't allow you to track your parcel in this way. In this case, when the due of delivery is passed, please contact us and we'll help you immediately by opening a search case via our postal service.
What are your delivery options? Do you provide International delivery?
Plan A Fly ships worldwide from Kranj, SLovenia (European Union) using Registered Priority Mail with tracking. Products are safely packed in sturdy gift boxes and shipped in a padded envelope.
Shipping cost, worldwide is about 5,7 eur. We're not making money on shipping charges.
Estimated Priority Mail shipping times:
Envelopes shipped to the EU normally take from 4 to 7 working days to arrive.
Envelopes shipped to the US and the rest of the world normally take from 10-14 working days to arrive. It can take a bit longer for the parcel to reach Australia, Japan, Dubai ect.
If you're in a hurry, we offer a Express DHL shipping as well. It will take 2-5 working days for the parcel to reach most countries.
For using this service please double check your address and include your phone number so that the provider will be able to schedule the exact hour of delivery once the parcel will reach your country..

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your returns policy?
The Plan A Fly stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your products.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from our online store, you can return your item(s) as follows:
Items purchased online must be returned at our business address within 60 days of purchase.
You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
Items must be unused.
Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy
Returns processing and credits will be issued within 1-3 business days of receipt of your returned item(s).
We don't refund shipping expenses.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with our product, please reach us via email or a phone and let us know how we can help you. If you'd like to ship our product back we would kindly ask you to ship it back in a same or similarly sturdy wrapping that it came to you. Please use a postal service that will allow you or us to track the parcel. We'll make a full refund as soon as we receive your parcel.
