PAYPAL
We accept payments through PayPal, a secure online payment system which is very popular and easy to use. PayPal is also a great way to pay since you do not need to have a PayPal account in order for you to use your credit/debit card.
We also accept credit card and bank transfer payment. Once the bank transfer is noted on our business account your parcel will be shipped.
Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped.
SHIPPING POLICY
Slovenian post delivery
Slovenian postal service enables us to track our parcels via their website: http://sledenje.posta.si/. Once your parcel is shipped, we'll send you the tracking number. The delivery usually takes from 1-2 working days.
Do you provide International delivery?
Skafars ships worldwide from Kranj, Slovenia (European Union) using Fed-ex and DHL shipping services. Products are safely packed in sturdy gift boxes and shipped in a padded envelope or a cardboard shipping box.
We only charge you the exact shipping cost. We do not add any additional charges.
Estimated FedEx and DHL shipping times:

Envelopes shipped to the EU normally take from 4 to 9 working days to arrive.

Envelopes shipped to the US and the rest of the world normally take approximately 12 working days to arrive. It can take a week longer for the parcel to reach Australia, Japan, Dubai ect.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about the item that is taking too long to arrive.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns policy
At Skafars we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your products.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from our online store, you can return your item(s) as follows:

Items purchased online must be returned at our business address within 60 days of purchase.

You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.

Items must be unused.

Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy

Returns processing and credits will be issued within 1-3 business days of receipt of your returned item(s).

We don't refund shipping expenses.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with our product, please reach us via email or by phone and let us know how we can help you. If you'd like to ship our product back we would kindly ask you to ship it back in the same or similarly sturdy wrapping that it came to you in. Please use a postal service that will allow you or us to track the parcel. We'll make a full refund, not including shipping costs, as soon as we receive your parcel.
